This is an ongoing project that began during quarantine as a way of connecting people through their personal experiences. This is a cookbook that focuses on the WHY we’re cooking, rather than just the WHAT. I think in this time where so many people are spending time in the kitchen, there is often a strong sense of sentimentality and emotion that drives us and our foodie decisions. Are we cooking because we're bored, happy, passionate, homesick? My hope is that I am able to capture a diverse set of accounts through these recipes and share them in a way that feels honest and relatable.
